Très déçus du service client. Mon matelas acheté il y a un an et utilisé deux fois se dégonfle dû à un défaut au niveau de la valve. En magasin on refuse de me le changer ou de me le réparer sous prétexte que je n'ai plus le ticket prouvant la date d'achat. Ce matelas est sort
i il y a deux ans, la garanti est aussi de deux ans, il a forcément été acheté après.

Bought this sleeping pad in the XL version as I was looking for something light and compact to transport but also comfortable and large enough for myself being 6"3, the pad rolls up to a great size to fit in my pack but when inflated is the perfect size for me. It's extremely
comfortable and didn't deflated while using it but with decathlons great customer service and warranty I wouldn't of worried if it had. I wouldn't recommend it for the winter or colder months but doubled up with a closed cell foam mat would get you close to an r rating of 4. Excellent product and have recommended to others now.

I used this several times on a recent European motorcycle tour and confirm that it is a great product. First night I probably had too much air in so was slightly hard but very comfortable once the pressure was dialled in.

Have been using this for 3 months now & it does the job perfectly, I have used other expensive mats in the past & not slept well on them at all, I cannot say the same about this mat, good nights sleep, supportive & very comfortable.
