In a nutshell

The pad has been designed for regular users who want to improve at mountain biking. The support foam is soft and dense. It protects cyclists’ pressure zones for up to 3 hours. The stretchy outer layer hugs your body so the soft foam pad moves with you.

- At the back there's a zip-up pocket for things like keys, credit cards, etc. (14 cm x 7 cm [5 1/2 x 3"])
- There's a zip-up water-repellent pocket on the back of the thigh that's easy to access (even with one hand) and positioned to protect your phone from falls (20 cm x 12 cm [8 x 4 3/4"]).
- There are two pockets along your thigh for storing cereal bars (15 cm x 4 cm each [6 x 1 1/2"]). 

When mountain biking, gloves are often the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. These shorts have a buckle on the waist so you can keep your gloves handy without putting them in your pockets. You can snap your ST 100 and ST 500 Gloves to the shorts with the press stud and keep them handy at all times.
