While learning to surf, she will wipe out in waves that are not at all powerful. We have designed swimwear to suit the body shape of young surfers for a secure fit in the waves.

This Boni 2-piece swimsuit is for young girls learning to enjoy this sport. She likes a swimsuit that stays in place in the waves. The crop top shape and cross-back straps stay secure in the waves so young surfers need not worry about their swimsuits. The X-shaped cross-back provides excellent freedom of movement.

Stays in place in the waves

Our swimsuits are designed to stay in place in the waves. Our suits are tested by a panel of female surfers with different body types. They’re first tested in a pool under simulated surfing conditions, then worn during real sessions in the ocean.

Girls' swimsuit sizes

At Decathlon, we design swimsuits for young surfers based on growth. For this reason, a child’s size is typically associated with their height, not their age. as kids of the same age can have completely different measurements. We recommend trying swimsuits on in-store when possible.

Dry sizing and wet sizing

To ensure a perfect fit in the water, it is important to choose the right size while you are dry because once they are in the water, swimsuits become looser. We therefore recommend you buy the correct size. Your swimsuit should fit snugly when you try it on in the fitting room. Keep in mind that the elastane in some of our swimsuits softens and relaxes in the water.
