Do you want a solid, durable pole that guarantees your safety in the event of a fall or if the pole gets stuck (on a net, tree, mechanical ascent, etc.)? 
Wedze has an ingenious ejection system of the strap to stop the thumb from turning inside out.
The preformed strap is clipped to the top of the handle and can be unclipped in case of stress. It can be re-clipped without any problem.

 In case of a fall, the hand does not get stuck like in a standard strap (8% of trauma cases).

Experience

To determine the correct size, bend forward slightly while wearing your ski boots. Then hold your poles upside down with your hand under the basket so that your forearm forms a 90° angle.

How should you choose your ski poles?

The baskets prevent the poles from sinking too far into the snow.

Wedze/Quechua helmets and goggles are designed to form an complete unit and prevent gaps between the top of the helmet and the goggles.

Compatibility

Use the adjustment dial to secure your helmet. The dial can be easily adjusted while wearing gloves. It also provides comfort and maximum safety. Turn the dial to the right to tighten and to the left to loosen.

This type of structure, known as In-Mould, features a polycarbonate outer shell that is moulded directly to the EPS liner. The inner EPS liner absorbs shocks in the event of a collision. The whole thing is extremely lightweight. The In-Mould construction is more sensitive to everyday impacts. We recommend changing your ski helmet at least every five years or if it has sustained a significant impact.

In-Mold construction

Measure the circumference of your head (from the middle of your forehead to the top of your ears) and choose the right size. When trying on the helmet, you should not feel any discomfort. If the helmet does not have a visor, try it on with a pair of goggles: There should be no gaps between the two.

How to choose the right size and trying on your helmet

For your safety, your ski helmet must be properly adjusted:
- The head circumference must be adjusted using the tightening dial.
- The chin strap must be correctly adjusted. You should be able to fit two fingers between the strap and your skin. If it is not adjusted properly, the helmet will not protect you as it should.

Adjust your helmet once you have the right size

We recommend replacing your ski helmet at least every five years unless it has sustained a significant impact in the meantime. In the event of a strong impact, the helmet must be replaced: even if it is not visible, the internal material may be damaged and your helmet will provide less protection.

When should you replace your ski helmet?

Avoid wearing a hat, as this will create a gap between your head and your helmet and reduce your protection. If necessary, opt for a very thin balaclava designed for this purpose. 
Avoid putting a camera on the helmet, as this will compromise your safety. The standard does not take into account any elements added to the helmet.

Helmets used for head protection when downhill skiing and snowboarding are required to meet the European standard EN 1077:2007. This standard ensures that helmets absorb shocks and are resistant to penetration. There are two categories:
- Class A: protects the top and back of the head, as well as the ears and the side of the head.
- Class B: Protects the top and back of the head but does not cover the ears.

How do the BL 100 Ski Base Layer Bottoms fit?

Polyester is the most-used fibre for base garments because it is relatively inexpensive, offers excellent performance, and can be knit to obtain a very lightweight and durable fabric. It actively absorbs moisture but does not dry particularly well when wet.

Because UV rays are harmful to eyes, all our ski goggles have 100% anti-UV certified lenses. Goggles are the best protective solution as they completely enclose the eyes, preventing any direct or reflected UV light from entering.

S3 Sun is a dark lens that protects you from bright sunlight. To switch from fine weather to bad weather, just remove the fine weather lens (magnet).

The Performance anti-fogging system offers a dual lens with a treatment on the inside combined with a ventilation system on the frame that enables air to circulate inside the ski goggles.
For good ventilation inside your goggles, do not obstruct the air vents, with a neck warmer, for example.
Do not rub the inner surface of the lens. Dab it carefully in order to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.

High-performance anti-fogging performance

The dual screen reduces condensation. The air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. The thermal shock between the inside and outside of the goggles is lower and so the inner lens does not fog up as quickly. To complement this, the inner lens is also given an anti-fog treatment.

Triple cylindrical screen. The central lens is made from photochromic polycarbonate, making it resistant to impact. The inner lens is made from acetate and the interchangeable lens is flexible polycarbonate.

There is a vertical and a horizontal visual field. The G 500 have a high-performance field of vision, which offers good peripheral vision.

A coloured coating on the outer side of the ski goggles lens (known as coloured Flash) reduces the percentage of light that reaches the eye, reducing glare and improving clarity in sunny conditions.

Moisture causes fogging. Keep the foam as dry as possible. For example, do not place the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. Dry your ski goggles overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity and use completely dry goggles the next day.
