How to choose the right size

You wear your hiking and sports bra for several hours a day. This bra should therefore offer overall support rather than compression support. This provides good chest protection while offering freedom of movement.
We focused on designing adequate bust support without adding tension to the neck muscles (trapezoids).

What type of support does my merino wool bra offer?

We used an innovative process to design the removable pads. 
The pads are made using an equal mix of scraps from the bra manufacture and polyester fibre.

Merino wool easily traps insulating warm air and can absorb up to 35% of its weight in moisture without making you feel damp, which works well in cool weather. 
In hot, dry weather, water that evaporates in the wool absorbs energy, which simultaneously cools the body slightly.

We use a Beta-Spun yarn structure where polyamide threads coat the merino wool fibres and protect them from rubbing and cuts without affecting their properties.

We selected a technical yarn with a specific coating (PTFE) at the heel and toe to reduce friction and decrease the risk of blisters. These socks cannot guarantee 100% protection from blisters. Blisters usually form when your skin is weakened by friction from socks, shoes, or foreign objects like stones or sand. Dampness also plays an important role, as moisture weakens skin.

Reducing the risk of chafing

We offer 3 lengths of hiking socks. Short/low: go slightly above the shoes but under the ankles. Medium/mid: protect your ankles, stopping just above them. These 2 lengths are the right size for low-cut shoes. High: perfect for high-top hiking boots, as they stop just below the calf.

Choosing the right sock height

Our socks come in 4 sizes, from women’s size 5 to men’s size 15. The stretchy fabric helps the socks mould to your feet and stay in place. Feet come in all shapes and sizes: that’s why it’s important to try on your socks before going hiking.

Why is the MT 500 headband more durable?

We use wool from merino sheep bred on farms in South Africa that do not practise mulesing. 
We decided to build a partnership with a group of breeders (Konsortium Merino) to ensure that the sheep whose wool we use for our products live and are shorn in the best conditions.
This means we have full traceability, allowing us to guarantee the wool’s origin.
