How can I be sure that my child’s feet will stay warm?

The boot’s vamp (low, thermoplastic part) is snowproof. To make the entire boot waterproof, pull the bottom of the snowsuit or ski pants over the top of the boot. A hook under the sole helps you to position the elastic gaiter on the pants or snowsuit to provide a good seal and keep the snow out.

How can I be sure that my child’s feet will stay dry in the snow?

These boots were designed to fit a child wearing thick ski socks without compressing the foot and therefore encouraging thermal protection.

How to choose the right size

These winter boots have been specially designed so that they are extremely easy to put on your child. 
The uppers in sizes 3C/3.5C and 4.5C/5C are open on both sides and can be fully turned back to provide a wide opening for your child’s foot. 
Sizes 6C/7C and 7.5C/8.5C are open on one side. A strap on top of the upper lets your little one try and put the boot on all on their own.

Traction depends on the number and size of lugs (3 mm on this boot). The grip depends on the sole materials and the tread pattern, like car tires. Traction optimizes propulsion, prevents slipping when going uphill, and stabilizes the boots.
Grip prevents the boots from slipping and skidding on smooth ground or in difficult conditions (rain, snow, ice).

How much UV protection do these kids’ ski goggles deliver?

These dual lens goggles help prevent fogging. Air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. This reduces the thermal shock between the inside and the outside surface of the goggles, which helps delay condensation from forming on the inside lens of the goggles. The inside lens also has a fog-resistant coating.

Why do these kids’ ski goggles have a dual lens?

Essential anti-fogging technology combines a treated dual lens and an air vent on the frame that allows airflow inside the goggles.
For proper ventilation, try to avoid letting neck warmers or other items block the air vents.
Do not rub the inside surface of the lens. Instead, gently dab the inside surface to keep the fog-resistant coating working effectively for as long as possible.

What is Essential fog resistance?

Moisture causes fogging. Avoid placing the goggles on a damp surface, like a wet helmet or hat, to keep the foam dry. Falling face down in the snow can also fog up your goggles. Dry out your goggles overnight to get rid of any trace of moisture before you hit the slopes so that the next day, they are perfectly dry.

How can we keep these kids’ goggles fog-free?

Outer lens: 
Clean the exterior lens with a slightly damp microfibre cloth (or cover sold in the ski mask department). This type of cloth will not scratch the lens. Gently rub the lens surface.
Inner lens: 
Because of the fog-resistant treatment on the inner lens, lightly dab the lens with a microfibre cloth—do not wipe it.
