We improved these tight shorts:

To create hard-wearing pants, there are several design elements to consider.

Firstly, their component. That’s why we’ve selected a thick, 100% cotton fabric. 

We chose the thread carefully. Why? It has a twisted construction, which significantly increases its strength. 

In terms of the cut, the crotch area has been specially constructed with a gusseted design. This provides both durability and comfort so you can move without restriction.

Two types of tests measure the warmth of this jacket: fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber.
These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you might encounter. This lets us validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation.

How does the material provide insulation from the cold?

How is warmth measured?

When hiking or during other outdoor activities, it’s perfectly normal to sweat. To prevent your fleece jacket from turning into a sauna, we’ve designed it using a breathable fabric that wicks away moisture from the body. We’ve also added a zipper collar for better ventilation.
