What are zero-drop shoes?
Drop is the difference in height between the front and back of the shoe. Scientific studies in our SportsLab research laboratory indicate that zero-drop shoes create a stride similar to running barefoot. This allows for better shock absorption, potentially strengthening your child’s muscles and tendons over time.
What about the stride?

My son wears his trainers out very quickly as he is super active and these have lasted 9 months which is remarkable. Not only that but he has tried loads of trainers and within two weeks they smell but for some reason this trainers don't do that. Fantastic value for money and
he reports they are the most comfortable trainers he has ever had (he is fussy). My only bugbear is that the best colour black and gold was discontinued.
