How long can you run with 150 ml (5 oz) of water?
You generally need 500 ml (1/2 qt) of water per hour of running to stay hydrated (as well as 40 g [1 oz] of glucose).This 150 ml (5 oz) water bottle covers part of these needs. You can either take it on a short run or bring several bottles with different contents for a longer session:150 ml (5 oz) of water and 150 ml (5 oz) of an isotonic drink, for example.
What do we mean by "neutral flavour"?
This water bottle is born from an innovative process involving odourless, neutral-tasting plastic.Rinse your water bottle with clean water 3 times before using it.Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece. Remove the mouthpiece to clean it.This is especially important if you are filling the bottle with sugary drinks! Finally, to avoid any noise while running, remember to remove air by sucking out the air bubbles.

We listened to your feedback and improved the opening system of the water bottle. The wide cap makes it easier to clean your water bottle. We have also improved the look and feel of the cap for ergonomic opening and closing. The top of the water bottle is equipped with a rotating ridge to open or close it.

Just what I needed for my longish runs leading up to the 1/2 marathon. Fits in that weird little triangular pocket so many running tights have these days, along with a couple gels. Gives just a bit of water at a time, but you do need to really chomp down on the nozzle and sque

I ADORE this water bottle! It's the perfect size for skiing and fits right in my pocket. Sometimes you don't want to carry around a large water bottle and it's a pain to get it from your backpack. This one meets all of my needs! Unlike other collapsible bottles, this one has a
nozzle to open and close so it doesn't leak in your pocket. Excellent quality and it does come with a finger loop as shown in the photo. I'll be buying more for sure! Product is also made in France!

This product doesn't come with a finger loop, the images here are misleading. Bottle size if neat for the had and grip while running but sadly let down by no finger loop to secure it. Suggest to include a finger loop or change the pictures
