How long can you run with 250 ml (9 oz) of water?
You generally need 500 ml (1/2 qt) of water per hour of running to stay hydrated (as well as 40 g [1 oz.] of glucose).The 250 ml (9 oz) water bottle covers part of these needs. For your run, you could take 250 ml (9 oz) of water and 250 ml (9 oz) of an isotonic drink, for example.
What do we mean by "neutral flavour"?
This water bottle is born from an innovative process involving odourless, neutral-tasting plastic.Rinse your water bottle with clean water 3 times before using it.Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece. Remove the mouthpiece to clean it.This is especially important if you are filling the bottle with sugary drinks! Finally, to avoid any noise while running, remember to remove air by sucking out the air bubbles.

Great little bottle that collapses as you drink. I hate the sound of sloshing water as I run. This bottle means I can have a drink with me that doesn't take up much space and even less space when empty and no sloshing noise!
