By age 5 or 6, kids begin to understand how right and left apply to the body. We added hints to the insoles and outsoles to help kids put their shoes on correctly. There’s a cloud puzzle on the insoles. Paws come together on the outsoles for another clue.

Choosing the right shoe size

It’s simple to check the size: Remove the insole and place it on the floor. Help your child put their foot on the insole, heel aligned with the heel of the insole. If your child’s toes reach into the striped quarter-moon, the size is right! Check shoe size often. Kids’ feet grow the fastest between ages 1 and 3. Check the size guide on our website.
