Capacity
We designed this belt to carry two soft flasks (250 ml max) at the abdomen and 6 gels distributed across the hips. Reserve the rear pocket for less urgent items: for example, your telephone or keys, provided they are protected from humidity (sweat and/or rain). You can fit more in, but it might be less secure and jiggle around.

Measure your hip circumference at the widest point of your pelvis. Really great amount of storage for such a light and comfortable running belt. Usually stays still and doesn't ride up much, if you have got it well adjusted to you. I can fit plenty in the belt, easily enough space for 8 gels, some electrolyte chewable tablets, and a 6.1inch s
creen phone (152x73x9mm phone). It has held up well for almost a year's worth of use when hand washing.

Great running belt that keeps things secure while running. A bit awkward to get on and off but decent. Pocket for your phone at the back which is a bit on the small side and hardish to get your phone in and out but once in, it doesn't move.

Great for bits and soft flasks

This is great for shorter runs where you only need a few things like a soft flask, phone (there is a keyring hook) and snack. It's like one big pocket. So easy to pull on and doesn't feel weak or over-stretched. Comfortable to wear but sometimes have to adjust on the run if it
's slipped up. Separate pocket for your phone. My credit card has fallen out though so I wouldn't put it in the belt, or perhaps put with the phone in the phone pocket.

I have used a number of belts but this is by far the best, space for all your valuables and more than enough gels for a marathon, getting the gels out while running is so simple. The fit is so snug that it almost forget you have got it on.
