This is such a fun little gadget to improve hand eye coordination, as well as a great boxing accessory to improve accuracy, rhythm, and reflexes. Definitely worth the $12. Just keep your hands up, it comes back fast if you hit it hard.

Ca paye pas de mine (je pensais meme que c'etait un gadget), mais c'est genial. Je fais tester aux amis, ils disent tous l'acheter en repartant. Je dirais 4. La grosse balle cest top, RAS. La petite en revanche il y a quelque chose a revoir. Soit legerement plus grosse, soit r
evoir le point d'équilibrage de la balle. Quand je frappe (main nu) regulierement l'élastique passe devant la balle ou fouette le visage. Je suis pas ingénieur mais cest lié au poid ou a la force de l'élastique. Le retour est mal équilibré contrairement a la grosse balle
