Why should you work on your boxing reflexes?
In boxing and other combat sports, quick reflexes are essential to dodge and land blows. This product is specifically designed to sharpen your reflexes and hand-eye coordination as you learn to follow the movement of the ball. Suitable for all ages, it’s a great technical tool that can be used for training or just for fun.
Two levels
This set includes a large and a small ball to give you two levels of difficulty. - The 70 mm ball is ideal for starting out. It has a larger striking surface and is slower due to its higher weight. You can use boxing gloves to further lower the difficulty. - The 50 mm ball is recommended for more seasoned boxers. It is lighter and much faster, making it harder to strike.
Length of the elastic
To use the reflex ball properly, you should adjust the elastic connected to the ball to match the length of your arm (i.e., the distancebetween your shoulder and your fist).

This is such a fun little gadget to improve hand eye coordination, as well as a great boxing accessory to improve accuracy, rhythm, and reflexes. Definitely worth the $12. Just keep your hands up, it comes back fast if you hit it hard.
