Considering the price this is a very competent pair of shoes and incredible value for money. Good grip/decent traction in the mud, good for short to medium trail runs. Comfortable up to 20 km, tolerable to 25 but no more.

What fantastic value these are. Took them home and went straight out for an 8mile run and found them to be stable and comfortable. The tread pattern is a bit thin, so not sure how long that component will last. Prior to walking into Decathlon, I had been trying on some very e
xpensive branded shoes but none of them felt quite right for the ridiculous prices they were asking (£100+), so finding these Decathlon shoes seems to be a lucky encounter. This new pair from Decathlon replace my old Asics Gel Kayano's; they compare very well indeed, and at half the cost!
