Fly through town
Want to get from point A to point B as fast as possible? A single-speed bike is made for you. At just 11.6 kg (25 lbs), this bike has the perfect light weight that you need to ride quickly through town. The streamlined design, stiff steel frame, and 44x18 development give it the responsiveness you need. It was developed with high-quality components for the best feeling as you ride.
An agile bike
With its steel fork, the single speed 500 perfectly absorbs impacts, easily tackling curbs and other obstacles to tame the city! Its 520 mm aluminum handlebars and 60 mm aluminum stem are assets to help you weave through town since they make your bike more responsive. Its 18T freewheel specific to FIXIE/BMX 30 steps (rather than 20 for a standard freewheel) provides better performance and balance.
Ride safely
While the speed 500 lets you ride fast, it also has excellent braking. calliper-type road brakes with cartridge pads for increased lever rigidity, better responsiveness, and effective braking. This bike has aluminum wheels with double-walled rims, and its tires (30 TPI weave) have nylon protection that makes them greatly resistant to punctures.
Want to switch to fixed-gear?
Please note, the bike is sold as a single speed. If you want to use it as a fixed-gear, it has a flip/flop compatible rear hub. To switch to fixed-gear mode, you need to buy the screw-on fixed cog (24 TPI threading, 1.37” diameter, standard) and the locknut (24 TPI, 1.29” diameter). Then turn the wheel. You can get these spare parts on our website or in stores at one of our workshops.
Choosing the right size
The bike’s size is a key feature. The frame is available in 4 sizes: Size S (1.50 m to 1.60 m) Size M (1.60 m to 1.70 m) Size L (1.70 m to 1.85 m) Size XL (1.85 m to 2 m) FYI: this bike has been designed to be agile and responsive. If you’re in between two sizes, choose the smaller size for greater responsiveness, and the larger for greater comfort.
Accessories
Sold with reflectors and lights that meet mandatory standards. Compatible: road bike mudguard and under the saddle, segment lock with 2 frame attachment points, universal kickstand that attaches to the base of the bike.

Coming up to two years use for this bike used for a 5 km each way commute with a couple of short hills. Currently my second bike with studded ice tyres fitted for winter. Strengths - absolute reliabllity, one puncture (caused by 5mm piece of glass which would have gone thr
ough any tyre), no spoke or wheel issues. One pedal broke after a year, chain replaced a couple of times, brake pads of course. Not very stealable and happy to lock it up in the city centre. Perfect gearing for my commute, never either spin out or stand up for more than a couple of seconds. Weaknesses - incompatablity with mudguards (even so-called universal ones) is a bad fault on a bicycle used for daily transport, and you will be limited to an ugly seat-post pannier rack.

Had this bike about a week. Good bike, I realised it fixed problems with my old one that I didn't know I had. For one, the steel frame absorbs shock much better. This is great when going over any uneven/bumpy/potholes ground. Secondly, the handlebars. The slim 500mm is perfect
when you're passing people on tight spots e.g. canal paths. It makes a big difference. The gear ratio is good but you might want to upgrade to a 17 or 16t freewheel. 18t is fine for me. The handlebar grips are comfortable, as is the saddle. The only downside is perhaps the braking strength. It isn't great, but it's passable. My left side brake needs to be pressed a little more than the right side brake. Overall, it's probably the best bike I've owned and I'd recommend it.

Slick and aesthetic bike. I bought it a month ago and already one of the brakes is jammed. Had to go to a bike man to repair it and it’s still not back to normal. The brake chord along the spine is slack and could be faster (I have to pedal very fast to get a good sped). You g
