Height-adjustable from 125 cm to 155 cm (4'1" to 5'1"), this punching ball is suitable for people from 160 cm to 195 cm (5'3" to 6'5") tall. To correctly adjust this punching ball to your height, we recommend installing it at shoulder-height.

Can the punching ball be repaired?
