To clean your punching ball, use a damp cloth and soapy water. Then rinse with clear water.
We also recommend that you do not store it in a damp environment (indoors or outdoors).

This adult punching ball can be used with our Boxing Gloves 100, which you can find in stores or online under reference 8651249. They are available in sizes 8 to 14 oz. 

What accessories are recommended with this punching ball?

Height-adjustable from 125 cm to 155 cm (4'1" to 5'1"), this punching ball is suitable for people from 160 cm to 195 cm (5'3" to 6'5") tall. 
To correctly adjust this punching ball to your height, we recommend installing it at shoulder-height.

How do you adjust the height of the punching ball?
