Inertia indicates how heavy a racquet feels when you swing it. The lower the inertia value, the easier it is to swing.

The TR190 Lite V2 has a low inertia of 245 kg/cm². 

Guide:

The TR 130 JR has colour markings to help kids learn where to place their hands when hitting forehands, backhands, and serves.

Kids should be able to see:
- the yellow marking when hitting a forehand
- the white marking when serving
- the grey marking when hitting a backhand

. Holding the racquet in the right place helps ensure a proper swing.

As your child waits for the ball, they should be able to see the face of the person on the frame. 

Their legs should be slightly apart, with their knees bent.

THE RIGHT STANCE

When setting up to hit the ball, the non-dominant hand helps stabilize the racquet and ensures proper movement: The racquet should be ready to receive the ball.
The hand should be placed near the throat. 

Visual and textured markings on the grip tape help make this easier.

HAND PLACEMENT

To help kids follow through after they swing, we placed a small figure near the edge of the racquet. 
As they begin their movement, the figure should be “facing” the ball as it’s heading towards the racquet.
After they swing, the figure should still be “facing” the ball.

This helps your child set up and follow through properly.

SETTING UP AND FOLLOWING THROUGH

We placed a white ball-shaped mark in the centre of the strings. 

By setting out to align the ball with this mark as they swing, your child will focus on ball placement and maintaining the proper position.

Their shots will improve and the game will be more fun. When the ball hits the centre of the racquet (e.g., the sweet spot), the result is a stronger, more precise shot with less vibration.

Weight: The racket's weight is measured in grams. Just like balance point and length, a racket’s weight affects its swing weight, and therefore its manoeuvrability, stability, and ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The heavier the racket, the more power it transfers to the ball, but the harder it is to handle. Lighter rackets are easier to handle, but the trade-off is less power.

 Head size is the surface area of the racket head measured in square centimetres. It affects the racket’s forgiveness and power. The larger the head, the more powerful and forgiving the racket. Ecozen® plastic, like aluminum, is not an isothermal material. Use a specially designed insulating cover if you want to keep liquids cool in your bottle. You can put hot drinks in this bottle, but they will cool down quickly.
This water bottle can be used with carbonated drinks. Do not put it in the microwave or freezer.

Directions for use

The top is easy to open with one hand—just press the white button. When carrying the water bottle, you can lock the top by sliding the white button down. A red area will appear, indicating that the top is locked. The water bottle also has a filter, so you can infuse your drink with fruits if you like.
The water bottle is transparent and graduated 200 ml by 200 ml to be able to see the remaining liquid.

Features

Clean your water bottle with regular dish soap and water after every use. The product is also dishwasher safe. Please note that the cap’s seal might come off in the dishwasher. Replace the seal to help keep your bottle watertight. Dry the cap and bottle separately.

The PVC boots we offer here can be washed easily (inside and out) with water and a soapy solution. They also dry quickly. The mid-calf design, pull loops, and slide-in grooves allow you to pull these boots on and off easily. They also have a non-slip sole to reduce the risk of slipping on wet and muddy surfaces.

The main features of these ankle boots

We recommend that you choose your usual size. Indeed, no fabric inside the boot and therefore no additional thickness. A specific sole is available for this model (see Sole 100), which provides even more comfort, especially in winter. In these conditions, you can step into water puddles or walk in the rain and still feet dry.
