To adjust, open the latch, pull the handle to the desired length, and then close the latch. The alignment rail ensures that the handle is in line with the blade.
To tighten, open the latch and use a screwdriver to turn the metal screw.

To determine your ideal paddle size, take your height and add 15–20 cm.
E.g.: A person measuring 1.70 m will need a paddle measuring around 1.90 m

It’s important to rinse your paddle with clean water after use. 
Rinse the paddle in warm water to prevent salt build-up on the tightening bolt and inner tubes. This will improve your paddle’s lifespan.
