I purchased this item recently. I'm not 100% satisfied because there's no rack that the seat would be attached to it. It's good for those people who like to easily attached the seat to the bike and remove it after carrying the child. The seat is attached to to metal bars that
would be connected to piece that is attached to the bike frame. I am a bit concerned about how stable it would be and if it would carry safely a 50 pound baby as the instruction suggests. There are other child bike seats that have 2 metal brackets that would be attached to the bike saddle post and the lower frame of the bike and the bike seat is clipped to it. You can take the seat and use the rack as a stand alone rack for other uses than just carrying a child. I wish I had done more research and purchased that one which seems more versatile and have other uses beside carrying a child and also cheaper that this one.

Sangles trop longues et non securitaires

J'ai essayé ce porte bébé sur mon fils de 18 mois, les sangles sont trop longues pour le maintenir et aucun autre réglage que celui "de base" ne permet de rattraper ce défaut. Le siège est indiqué pour un enfant a partir de 18 mois !!! Par ailleurs une sangle est plus longue q
ue l'autre, il lui est également facile de dégager ses bras des sangles... Une hérésie pour la sécurité.

Siège adapté à un usage régulier et au confort de l'enfant, la fonctionnalité pour mettre le siege en position semi allongée n'est guère utiles et peut venir frotter sur le vélo. Les lanières pour les pieds ont séché et se sont cassées mais cela ne perturbe pas l'usage global.
A refaire je prendrais le même siège sans l'option inclinaison, moins cher.
