The synthetic, lightweight fabric offers impressive wicking away of perspiration. To guarantee this, we test it in the laboratory using several standardized tests. All our hiking shorts have a performance rating of 3/5.

Perspiration wicking

The drying time measures a fabric’s ability to dry quickly after being dampened, using a standardized protocol.

Created in our international design centre in France, these shorts are then manufactured by our suppliers in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, and India.
We collaborate closely with these partners who have specialist knowledge in manufacturing shorts. 
Thanks to this relationship of trust with our industrial partners, we can create high-quality technical products.

We guarantee that our suppliers comply with our code of conduct. These suppliers are often located in developing countries where our presence helps to create jobs.
By conducting audits and having teams on site, we make sure that the working environment of the employees meets certain quality standards in terms of human respect and personal fulfilment.

- a durable fabric (198 g/m²) on the areas that need protection from abrasion (seat, bottom of the leg at the front). This fabric is also stretchy, so you can move freely.
- a light, breathable fabric (145 g/m²) on the rest of the pants.
- a very stretchy crotch gusset.

How does this 100% merino wool T-shirt limit odours?

We recommend that you machine wash your T-shirt at 30°C using a specific technical detergent for merino wool, which is available on our website. Then leave to air dry, and do not tumble dry.

Comfort and hygiene

Our hiking sandals are designed for use on hiking trails. The components of our soles are chosen and tested for hiking on soft footpaths (e.g., earthy woodland paths) and rocky trails (e.g., coastal paths). Frequent use on pavement will cause them to wear out faster.
Do not use them on mountain trails with significant elevation gains.

Our golfing designers developed these shorts for mild-weather golfing at apparent temperatures of 10°C to 20°C.

These shorts reach just above the knee, but you can roll them up to shorten them. Tabs inside the legs allow you to wear these shorts with the cuffs rolled up or down.

Fit information

After thorough testing, we opted for a cotton spandex fabric. We combined comfort and style to make a pair of easy-care golf chinos. 
The five belt loops easily fit a 4.5 cm (1.8 in) wide belt.
The pockets have a thin printed stripe.The pocket lining is reinforced to resist sharp tees and divot repair tools.
The two back pockets are perfect for holding your scorecard and golf gloves.
