bought it for my marathon training so I can carry my water flask and gels with me. it fits perfectly 1 500ml flask and 6 gels. I am sure I could fit at least 1 more 250ml flask if needed

Great for bits and soft flasks

This is great for shorter runs where you only need a few things like a soft flask, phone (there is a keyring hook) and snack. It's like one big pocket. So easy to pull on and doesn't feel weak or over-stretched. Comfortable to wear but sometimes have to adjust on the run if it
's slipped up. Separate pocket for your phone. My credit card has fallen out though so I wouldn't put it in the belt, or perhaps put with the phone in the phone pocket.

I have used a number of belts but this is by far the best, space for all your valuables and more than enough gels for a marathon, getting the gels out while running is so simple. The fit is so snug that it almost forget you have got it on.

Fantastic belt for carrying keys, glasses, gels and a collapsible bottle. Definitely size up. I wear 32 inch waist jeans and according to the size chart I should be size 2 but that was way too tight. Size 4 would have been perfect however there wasn't any in stock so bought
size 5 and just tightened the draw string.
