What are the repair criteria for this boxing product?

Among free-standing punching bags, our product is the pride of our design team, who worked with our Hendaye site, which specialises in water sports. Why this partnership? Because the materials used for this boxing equipment are the same as those used for our paddles, making them exceptionally strong. Lab tests prove it: this free-standing bag withstands a cycle of 50,000 repeated hits by a machine. You'll be punching for a long time!

Why is this punching bag particularly strong?

For a punching bag to have the best possible spring back, it is important to inflate it. Inflate your boxing equipment until you feel a softness to the touch and to the pressure of your hands. Over-inflating the bag is pointless, as is using a compressor which risks breaking the membrane. Remember to protect your hands by hitting with hand wraps, mittens, or boxing gloves around your hands, to avoid burns and other injuries. And if necessary, the information is in the instruction manual.

How do you inflate your punching bag for optimum spring back?

This free-standing punching bag measures 1.60 m (5'3") and rests on a base 15 cm (5.9") high and 56 cm in diameter (22"). Its size is perfect for hooks, jabs, crosses, and other boxing blows, both with fists and feet. Here are the dimensions of the box so that you can plan its journey to your home: 59 x 59 x 17 cm (23.2 x 23.2 x 6.7").

The 2.5 m boxing wraps are made with fabric that is a blend of polyester and cotton, to provide greater durability and flexibility.

Design of the 2.5 m Wraps

Boxing hand wraps are designed to hold joints in place (metacarpals and wrists) as well as prevent irritation in areas that suffer repeated blows.
They also absorb perspiration from hands and extend the gloves’ life.

Why use boxing wraps? 

For low-impact use such as for touch sparring, the 2.5 m or 3 m wraps are more than sufficient; make sure the wrap covers the key zones (thumb, metacarpus, and wrist).
For more intense use, such as sparring at full force, opt for the 4 m or 4.5 m wraps. They are thicker and provide stronger support and better protection of the metacarpals.

When wrapping your hands with wraps, the last thing you want is to have to start over because you put it on wrong at the start. To make this task easier, we designed a boxing wrap that has an ergonomically-designed loop. 
With its curved shape, it hugs your thumb. This ensures that you put it on correctly every time (along the thumb and across the back of the hand), and on the right side (relative to the rip-tab at the other end).

What accessories are recommended with this punching ball?

Height-adjustable from 125 cm to 155 cm (4'1" to 5'1"), this punching ball is suitable for people from 160 cm to 195 cm (5'3" to 6'5") tall. 
To correctly adjust this punching ball to your height, we recommend installing it at shoulder-height.

How do you adjust the height of the punching ball?

Why should you wear a mouthguard when boxing?

To protect you effectively, this mouthguard has to fit your teeth perfectly. That's why it's designed to be heat moulded. Simply immerse it in boiling water for 35 seconds.You must do this before using the mouthguard.
It's essential to follow all of the moulding instructions in the user guide.
The two materials (EVA/SEBS) make this mouthguard easier to mould so that it'll be exactly the right shape for your teeth.

How to make this mouthguard fit your teeth

After use, we recommend rinsing your mouthguard in fresh water and putting it in its storage box.

- Dry it thoroughly before putting it in its box.
- Occasionally, you can also clean it with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
- The storage box comes with the mouthguard.
