Fully inflate your exercise ball and use a tape measure to check the diameter. As a guide, here are the maximum diameters of our exercise balls: Size 1 = 55 cm (22”), Size 2 = 65 cm (25.5”), Size 3 = 75 cm (29.5”). Sit on the ball and check that your knees are at hip level. If not, adjust the inflation level accordingly.

Please note: You can also use the pump to inflate your soft ball or fabric balance cushion.

How to inflate your gym ball

Design

We work with an in-house mechanics lab (on the B’twin Village site) that lets us validate our goal designs before we put them into production.

For example, to assess a product's solidity, we perform load tests that simulate a child's weight. During this test, we apply a 35 kg (75 lb) load make sure that the goals don't deform.
