Before putting them on check that you have the correct snowshoe on each foot. There is a left and right snowshoe. Make sure you have put your snowshoes on correctly. The tightening buckles should be on the outside of the foot.

Adjustment snowshoes must be properly adjusted to ensure your safety. 

1/ Your foot must fit snugly in front and back to optimize support. 
2/ The straps or buckles must be tightened as much as possible.

Warning!

The load-bearing capacity of snowshoes in powdery snow changes with your weight. Choose snowshoes according to your weight. Please note: the shoe size is just a guide; correct size can vary depending on the kind of shoe you are wearing.

How to choose your size

The weight includes all the equipment you have on.

S --> up to 68 kg (150 lbs)
M --> up to 103 kg (227 lbs)
L --> up to 125 kg (276 lbs)
