Je l'utilise pour amortir les vibrations pour l'étage en dessous lors de mes différents entraînements (Zumba, HIIT, Strong...) et c'est efficace. Je fais mes entraînements sans souliers. Je ne suis pas certaine que ça fonctionnerait bien avec des souliers à cause de l'adhéren
