This means the home trainer comes with a Zwift Cog—a 14-tooth sprocket mounted directly on the trainer and compatible with SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo 8–12-speed drivetrains. 

Shifting is simple: just press the Zwift Click “+” and “-” buttons on your bike’s handlebars. Zwift Click offers 24 levels of resistance.

What does being “Zwift Ready” mean?

Simply remove the Zwift Cog from the cassette body and install your own cassette.
