For each exercise, start with the minimum recommended number of reps and stop when you still have 2 reps left in you. Then increase by one rep per week until you reach the maximum recommended number. At that point, increase the lift load and start again with the minimum number of reps. Repeat as before. You can use a strap to make dips easier or a weighted vest to make them harder, depending on your level.
