With this new weighted vest, you can add up to 14 kg (30.8 lb) (by adding cast-iron discs, for example), unlike the old version, which had a maximum limit of 10 kg (22.0 lb).

Our design team redesigned the shoulder straps for extra comfort when doing weighted exercises. The system has also been redesigned to adapt to all body shapes.

Lastly, a hook-and-loop area has been added so you can personalize your weighted vest with patches from your box!
