The design of the Endurance shorts

The Endurance cycling shorts come with a new anatomical chamois pad. 
The central seam lets the pad fold. This construction technology ensures a perfect fit and stability in the saddle.

Developed for men’s bodies, it is made of stretch layers that follow your body’s movement when pedalling.

Anatomic Endurance pad

This chamois pad is made from a unique combination of materials that offer the protection you need on your long rides. Both in the ischial and perineal areas. It has a protective, high-density, 120 kg/m3 (7 1/2 lbs/ft3) foam insert. The top layer of fabric, which is in direct contact with the skin, is made from spandex and brushed polyester threads to prevent rubbing and irritation. 
All layers are extremely breathable.

A good lock has an anti-pick locking mechanism and is made from materials that can only be cut or broken with special tools, which makes theft more difficult.

This sports bra has been designed with this in mind. We design a muscle back that will free up your shoulder blades so you have move freedom of movement for your arms.

How does the medium-support muscle back seamless bra provide freedom of movement?

You go all out, to the point where you are often fully covered in sweat at the end of a session. This isn’t always a very pleasant feeling, right? Well, thanks to this sports bra, you can say goodbye to moisture caused by sweat. The technical fabric can wick away sweat. It also dries faster to keep you dry. 
For greater efficiency, we also added a ventilated area between the breasts.

The running bra has two flexible single-thickness cups (no shell).

What type of cups does this medium-support muscle back seamless bra have?

Did you know that your breasts are supported almost exclusively by your skin? This makes them vulnerable and, during physical activies, the forces exerted on them are even higher than usual. The movements and bouncing they experience can make them up to five times heavier depending on the intensity of the sport. Wearing a sports bra will give you all the support, comfort, and protection you need. You are also protecting them from impacts, pain and premature sagging.

Why must your chest be supported during sport?

During sports, breasts experience forces that stretch the skin and ligaments of the chest. Lack of proper support can cause pain and premature sagging. However, too much support can also have negative consequences. The level of support your bra provides must be tailored to your bust size and the intensity of the impacts. 
The objective:To protect your chest while preserving the natural movement of the breasts.

What are the advantages of choosing between high, medium or low support?

Our labs test the models using a bust support test that measures the reduction in breast movement acceleration during sports activities. They are evaluated and then sorted into the following three levels: 1 for low support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.

How are the support levels of the Decathlon sports bras tested?

Depending on the type of sport you do, the support level of your bra will vary. We offer the following three options:
- Level 1: low support for activities that require slight chest movements (pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening, etc.); 
- Level 3: medium support for activities that cause moderate bouncing (dance, fitness, cardio-training, etc.); 
- Level 5: high support for activities that involve intense movements (step, treadmill, trampoline, etc.).

What sport should you associate with what level of support?

To keep your bust supported and comfortable, the bra size that you choose must be suit your body shape. This is how you do it:
- Stand opposite a mirror with a tape measure;
- Place it horizontally at the top of your back, on the lower part of your shoulder blades;
- Hold the tape over the largest part of the bust;
- Read the measurement without pulling the tape measure tight;

How do I measure the size of my bust to choose the right sports bra?

The sports bra comes in sizes ranging from XS to XL and is recommended for cup sizes up to a C cup.
The racer back spreads support evenly across the back. 
For D-cup and above, we have developed other, more suitable models.

What size of medium-support muscle back seamless bra should you choose?

Decathlon sports bras are designed to maximize comfort and prevent health problems. There reason there’s no underwire is to eliminate risks of injury and compression of the lymph nodes. The minimal seams at the nipple reduce irritation risks. By focusing on sweat-wicking fabrics, we can guarantee your comfort while significantly reducing the risk of skin irritation.

How are Decathlon sport bras designed?

Designed for intensive sports use, this bra can be washed and rewashed. Do not wash at temperature over 30 °C (86 F) and put it in our washing bag, which is sold separately (item ref. 8505236). Do not dry in a dryer.
