Our water-repellent clothing protects you while cross-country skiing.
A fabric’s water repellency is its ability to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. A fabric is made water-repellent by applying a treatment to its outer surface. This treatment needs to be reapplied during the life of the garment (recommended every three washes). 

Water-repellent properties

We recommend the three-layer technique. 
Layer 1: A technical base layer that wicks away moisture to keep your skin dry.
Layer 2: An insulating layer (T-shirt, fleece) that provides warmth and wicks moisture outward.
Layer 3: An outer layer (jacket) that protects against the elements (wind, snow, cold).

Adjust the number of layers to suit the intensity of your activity and the weather. Make sure your clothing is breathable.

How to stay warm and dry while cross-country skiing
