How do you adjust your skipping rope?

To extend the life of your skipping rope, we recommend that you use it mainly indoors and avoid outdoor surfaces such as tarmac as much as possible. If skipping outside, you can add the plastic sheath to protect the rope.

Alternatively, you can use it on rubber mats (ref. no.: 8651539). This will extend the rope’s life.
