A mat designed to be long-lasting
Our design team have carried out rigorous testing to guarantee your gentle yoga mat's quality. We have put it through 3 demanding tests: resistance to abrasion, holes, and stains/marks. That's how we know that our mat is 30% tougher than our benchmark products. A long-lasting investment for comfortable practice.
Choosing your yoga mat
- Do you practice gentle yoga (Hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? The effort level is moderate. A mat that is between 5 mm and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints. - Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. You’ll need maximum grip and a mat that’s not too thick (5 mm max.) to keep you stable.
Considering mat weight
The mat’s weight depends on the material. We choose materials that meet your yoga needs. The thicker the mat, the heavier it is. Remember to consider this when choosing your mat!Our mats range from 405 g (0.9 lb.) to 3.5 kg (8 lb.) in weight.
Care
Clean your mat with a soft cloth and soapy water. Use our essential oil spray to freshen up the mat between cleanings. Let the mat air dry before rolling it up again.
