Putting on the pads
The wrist pads are marked L and R, and should be worn with the plastic shell covering the palm and heel of the hand. Wrist, knee, and elbow pads are designed to be worn directly against the skin, so if you prefer to wear them over clothing, we recommend choosing the next size up.
