Wipe down the base and ball after use
Keep this piece of kit clean by giving it a wipe down with a damp cloth after use and letting it dry fully before use.
Tested for stability
When you receive your punchbag, you can choose to fill the base with sand (25 kg) or water (18 L). If using water, we recommend not filling it completely and making sure little ones don’t jump on the base.

To protect their hands from injury, always make sure they use boxing gloves. This punchbag comes with a junior pair of 4 oz gloves, suitable for children aged 5 to 10 years.
