Ventilation
This XC helmet has 13 strategically-placed openings for maximum ventilation, particularly on climbs at lower speeds. In mountain biking, the head often is held higher than when on a road bike, so we’ve optimized the openings to be particularly effective in this position.
Choosing your mountain bike helmet size
To find the right size, simply measure around your head (from forehead to nape of the neck). This mountain bike helmet comes in three sizes: S: 52–55 cm (20.5–21.7 in) M: 55–59 cm (21.7–23.2 in) L: 59–62 cm (23.2–24.4 in)

When should I replace my helmet?

How do you adjust the helmet?
Adjust your helmet in 5 minutes in 2 easy steps: 1. Clip the straps together with the buckle: make sure you can slide two fingers between the strap and your chin. 2. Finally, adjust the tightness around your head. The helmet should be in contact with your head, without tipping forward, backward, or sideways, even when you’re moving.
