Exercise and sweat tend to go hand in hand. But it's not very nice feeling damp and sticky every time you work out. To limit this unpleasant feeling, we've made this sports bra from a breathable fabric that wicks away moisture and dries quickly. So you can give your all while staying nice and dry.
How do we test the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras?
Our laboratories conduct breast support tests that assess the reduction in the breasts' acceleration during activity. We then categorized our bras in one of these three levels: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support, and 5 for high support.
Why is it important to protect the breasts during exercise?
Your breasts are fragile as they're supported mainly by skin. While you're playing sports, they're subjected to more movement and bouncing than normal, no matter your cup size or age. Depending on the activity you're doing, they can end up supporting up to 5 times their normal weight. Wearing a sports bra provides essential support and protects your breasts from impacts, which prevents pain and premature sagging.
How do you know which is the right size?
To ensure that your sports bra offers the right support and remains comfortable, it's important to get the right fit. To choose the right size, grab a tape measure and follow these steps: – Stand in front of a mirror. - Hold the tape measure horizontally against your upper back, roughly level with the bottom of your shoulder blades; – Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust; – Measure without pulling the tape measure tight. - Use our online calculator for more precision.
When should you choose high, medium, or low support?
Exercise subjects your breasts to stresses and strains that stretch the skin and ligaments. Without the right level of support, the risk of pain and premature sagging increases. Too much support can also be harmful. Wearing the right level of support for your cup size and the intensity of your activity is essential for protecting your bust while preserving natural breast movement.
How should you care for your high support adjustable sports bra with cups?
This bra is designed for intensive sports use and can be washed very frequently. We recommend washing it in our laundry bag, which is sold separately (ref. 8505236), at no more than 30°C. Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use fabric softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability. We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.

Each adjustment system on this sports bra is designed with your comfort in mind. The hooks on the front can be used to adjust the width. As for the straps, they can raise or lower the height of the bra.
