This can damage the leather and reduce the performance of your grips.

At DOMYOS, our team includes gymnastics professionals and athletes who rigorously test every product to help you reach your performance goals.
Approved and used by professional gymnasts
These grips are tested both in the lab and in the gym. Thanks to our partnerships with four clubs and three national and international gymnastics organisations, professional gymnasts have helped us perfect and approve the technical quality of these grips to meet your need

Choose from five different fits
The grips come in five sizes, measured from the base of your palm to the first joint of your middle finger:
≤ 12 cm = Size 00
≤ 13.7 cm = Size 0
≤ 14.4 cm = Size 1
≤ 15.2 cm = Size 2
≤ 16 cm = Size 3
You can adjust the finger holes too. If they’re too tight you can sand to make them bigger.

The laboratory test
Made from high-quality Spanish leather, these grips have undergone mechanical lab tests to ensure durability, measuring stretch resistance and tear strength.

Do not wash in water, they’re leather!
Remember to wipe off any excess chalk after each training session. You can then store them in a drawstring bag. We recommend keeping them in their own bag and washing it regularly to keep them fresh and hygienic.
Perfecting your fit - a mini guide
Once you’ve selected your size and tried it on, place the grip around your wrist. The blue strap should sit just below your wrist bone. Hold the grip against your outstretched hand to check whether the end of the leather is positioned correctly. Grips designed for uneven bars have two holes (for the middle and ring fingers) as well as slight padding to improve grip on the apparatus. The end of the grip should reach the first joint of your middle finger.

You can file down to size for a snug fit
While there are five sizes to choose from, you may still need to adjust the finger holes. If so, sand the leather rather than cutting it with scissors, as cutting will damage the grips."
