Decathlon Sainte-Foy is proud to partner with Pentathlon des Neiges Sun Life for a third consecutive year! We can’t wait to see you February 17-18, and February 24-25 on the Plains of Abraham. We’ll have a sports discovery zone, a cross-country ski test trail and a snowshoe race circuit!
We’re offering FREE 30-minute fitness classes in our Sainte-Foy Decadium January 10, 17 and 24 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. There are only 8 spots per class, and they are available on a first-come-first-served basis, so arrive early!
Whether you’re new to working out, or you’re a seasoned pro, bring your towel and take part in one of our 30-minute sessions to work your cardio and muscular strength, and get a good stretch!
