To train safely, you’ll need a pair of disc collars (ref: 8574652). They hold the weights in place on the bar. Do not exceed 15 kg (33 lb) of weight with the Smart Disc Collars if using the bar vertically.
Our tips for storing your rubber-coated weight
This weight training disc is made of cast iron coated in rubber. It may rust if exposed to humidity. That is why you shouldn’t store this weight outdoors or in a damp place. You can clean the rubber coating with a cloth to remove dust and store it on a wall-mounted weight holder (ref: 8796727) or under a piece of furniture.
