The shock-resistant base is made of high-density polyethylene.
It can be ballasted with water or sand (1.5 L) and has 4 flexible feet to keep it perfectly stable during play, even on hard shots.

The sturdy elastic cord is 2.5 mm in diameter and 4.5 m long.
It’s secured through a hole in the base and less likely to get tangled than the cords on other models.

Cord

The ball used with the tennis trainer is an adult pressureless ball (Artengo TB 160) that features a special loop so you can attach the elastic band.
Important: Balls eventually wear down after a while. We've taken great care to produce balls of the highest possible quality, but even so, they can withstand only a few hours of intense play. 

They are sold separately so they can be easily replaced.

A note on ball durability

We recommend making contact with the ball directly above the base when you swing. This will ensure the ball always comes back to roughly the same spot, making it easier to hit successive shots.
Kids and anyone looking to practise gentler shots are advised to position themselves ahead of the base, while
adults who hit the ball hard should stay behind it.

The volume of each bag is measured using a standard method: the main compartment and all pockets are filled with small balls. The balls are then emptied into a marked container that shows the equivalent volume in litres.
