Our 500 clipless flat pedals are made from aluminum for adults doing recreational or sport mountain biking, or indoor cycling. With one flat side and one Shimano SPD compatible side, our combination pedals can be used with all sorts of bikes: recreational or sport mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, road bikes, and exercise bikes.
