This insulated cover is great for 1L water bottles when on a gentle hike; this would not be recommended for long hikes where additional water would be needed or for Jogging. Very easy to wear cross-body style and can be adjusted for individual comfort.

Good product! But please forget thermal, actually it would keep the water warm a little longer for about 2 hours in car and about 45 mins outdoor in winter, merely better than nothing.
