Not meant for average North American Homes

Though the instruction manual mentions that this product is not meant for dry walls or gypsum walls. The fact is that most of the walls in North American homes are made of gypsum. And as an end user, it's difficult to figure out if a particular wall would be able to hold it. Y
ou can only tell after you try it. Though it says it can take weight of up to 120 kg, My wall came off when I did pull-ups using this bar. My weight is 76 kgs.

Easy enough to install, but the blue locking mechanism slips out of place constantly so the bar can loosen if you don't keep an eye on it, and the locking mechanism broke after 8-12 months or so. Was mostly being used by our children,vso not heavy use.

Assez déçu du système de verrouillage. Nous l'avons installé entre 2 murs béton (donc pas de pb de mouvement des murs), mais une fois installée le système de verrouillage se "déverrouille" rapidement ne permettant pas un bon usage de la barre. Il faudrait presque un système d
e fixation au mur en plus du système de verrouillage pour assure son maintien. Ma fille avait acheté ce produit ave son argent de poche et elle est très déçue de ne pas pouvoir en profiter.
