Punch mitt dimensions

When you hold the punch mitt, you need a good grip and comfort. Its curved shape absorbs impact.
So we've added the following to our product:
- a rip-tab strap in addition to the glove. And if you want to use your hand, the punch mitt stays attached to your wrist.
- a mesh net covers your fingers and protects your knuckles
- a suede pad at the back to absorb wrist shocks and resist sweat

You work in pairs with a partner who wears the mitts and shows you the different targets to hit, while you move around (it's more fun and more challenging than a punch bag). You'll learn certain combinations and gain in precision and speed.

Wraps and inner gloves: what are they for?

When wrapping your hands with wraps, the last thing you want is to have to start over because you put it on wrong at the start. To make this task easier, we designed a boxing wrap that has an ergonomically-designed loop. 
With its curved shape, it hugs your thumb. This ensures that you put it on correctly every time (along the thumb and across the back of the hand), and on the right side (relative to the rip-tab at the other end).

To ensure comfort, good protection and support, our 4 m wrap is made of cotton and polyamide.
– Cotton absorbs perspiration and protects the hand. 
– Elastane is highly flexible, allowing you to easily slip the wrap between your fingers without limiting your agility. 

Design

Boxing hand wraps are designed to hold joints in place (metacarpals and wrists) as well as prevent irritation in areas that suffer repeated blows.
They also absorb perspiration from hands and extend the gloves’ life.

Why use boxing wraps? 

For low-impact use such as for touch sparring, the 2.5 m or 3 m wraps are more than sufficient; make sure the wrap covers the key zones (thumb, metacarpus, and wrist).
For more intense use, such as sparring at full force, opt for the 4 m or 4.5 m wraps. They are thicker and provide stronger support and better protection of the metacarpals.

What bars can you use with this 20 kg (44 lb) weight training disc?

Invest in a pair of disc collars to prevent your weights from slipping on the bar as you work out. Ours are sold as a pair (ref: 8574652).
The maximum weight supported by the disc collars in a vertical position is 15 kg (33 lb).

With disc collars, you can train safely!

Store your discs indoors in a dry place.
Invest in a disc mount (ref: 8796727) or a storage rack (ref: 8788246) to save space on your floor.
You can also store your weights under a piece of furniture.
Clean with a microfibre cloth if they get dusty.

How do I adjust my skipping rope?

We recommend using this product mainly indoors, on rubber tiles (ref.: 8651539). This will extend its life. If you choose to use it outdoors, use the protective sheath provided and avoid rough surfaces.

What’s the best way to use your pro skipping rope?

The carry pouch included will keep you skipping rope separate from your cross-training gear! All you have to do is roll it up carefully (without twisting it) and slip it into the specially designed pouch. That way it won’t get tangled up with your other equipment.
