Bonjour Sandrine, Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser votre avis sur le shampoing démêlant - Citronnelle 500ml. Je suis cependant navrée d'apprendre que celui-ci ne vous ai pas entièrement satisfait. Le shampoing a, effectivement, un effet démêlant grâce à
sa base d'inuline (agent démêlant). Cependant, il est vrai qu'en comparant avec un démêlant en spray celui est plus efficace car agit directement et sans rinçage. J'espère avoir répondu à vos attentes, Sportivement Julie, Cheffe de Produit Horse Riding
