What is the cut and size of this polo shirt?

We increased the MW 500 polo shirt’s fabric weight up to 235 g/m2. That’s 24% more than the model that it’s replacing. This means it will keep its shape and last for a very long time.

What is the main material of this polo shirt?

We put the MW 500 polo shirt through the machine 100 times. Every 10 washes, we measured 3 things:
- Overall deterioration of the polo shirt’s appearance: fabric, stitching, etc.
- Size stability: i.e. shrinkage wash after wash
- Colour variation

As a result, the new MW 500 polo shirt is 30% more resistant than its predecessor!

How was washing fastness tested?

It’s all in the details:
- two pearlescent white buttons 11 mm 4 holes engraved with Inesis
- reinforced topstitching at the corner of the button strip 
- slits on the side, cuffs at the bottom of the sleeves
- low hem and sleeves with double topstitching
- bias cut, tone on tone interior neckline
- discreet Decathlon Inesis branding inside the neckline

What are the product details?

Here are a few tips to make your MW 500 Golf Polo Shirt last longer:
- machine-wash at 30°C inside out and with similar colours.
- use liquid laundry detergent, as powder detergents can leave streaks on dark clothing
- spin at 800/900 rpm maximum to avoid breaking the cotton fibres

After thorough testing, we opted for a cotton spandex fabric. We combined comfort and style to make a pair of easy-care golf chinos. 
The five belt loops easily fit a 4.5 cm (1.8 in) wide belt.
The pockets have a thin printed stripe.The pocket lining is reinforced to resist sharp tees and divot repair tools.
The two back pockets are perfect for holding your scorecard and golf gloves.

For peace of mind, we recommend that you use your Resistance glove in dry weather. However, if it starts raining while you are out on the course, don't forget to leave your glove to dry naturally after use, out of your bag, without putting it on a heat source.

In what weather can you use your glove?

It is normal for your golf glove to become damaged over time. The frequency with which you play changes the lifespan of your glove. The theoretical lifespan of your glove is 2 months with twice-weekly use. Intensive use and/or unsuitable weather conditions will deteriorate the quality of the component and reduce the lifespan of your product.

Is the wear on my glove normal?

All your feedback and comments supported out goal of developing a glove combining comfort and durability.
We focused our efforts on product durability by developing a new synthetic material whilst reinforcing it with a leather patch on the area most sensitive to friction.
Product comfort was developed by adding elastane to the back of the hand to relieve fabric pressure when taking hold of grip.

A product designed for you

Wearing a glove is a key part of playing golf, however, it is not compulsory. It is worn on your "lead" hand (left hand if you are right-handed and vice-versa). A glove has two benefits: a better and more secure hold on the grip of the club, and protects your hand from any kind of irritation.

Anatomic Endurance pad

This chamois pad is made from a unique combination of materials that offer the protection you need on your long rides. Both in the ischial and perineal areas. It has a protective, high-density, 120 kg/m³ foam insert. The top layer of fabric, which is in direct contact with the skin, is made from spandex and brushed polyester threads to prevent rubbing and irritation.

Yes, you can use the Distance 100 ball in amateur competitions. R&A approval is only required for use in professional tournaments. To reduce its cost and environmental impact, we adapt the composition of this ball in accordance with the material offcuts available at the time of manufacturing, meaning it is not eligible for approval. Each individual ball complies with all the criteria for R&A approval (flight distance, size, and weight).

The Tour 900 is a ball for advanced golfers. who need it to go long when driving, and to stop very quickly when attacking the green. These are two conflicting attributes. For driving, you need a ball that flies off the face of the driver quickly and with little backspin. And for wedging, on the contrary, you need maximum backspin. To achieve this, you need a 3-piece ball.

The challenges of designing the Tour 900

The core is what ensures the initial speed of the ball and the urethane cover grips the grooves of the club to generate backspin. The Tour 900 ball’s surlyn midlayer serves as the interface between the core and the urethane cover. It improves the balance between distance, softness, and control.
