Body warmers should only be used for your body and should not be used on your feet, hands or face.

Restrictions

Children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities should use this product with caution and supervision.
Persons who have diabetes, delicate or sensitive skin, circulation problems, paralysis, damaged nerves, rheumatoid arthritis, are pregnant, or who have any concerns should consult a physician before using the product.
Do not apply to frostbitten or desensitized skin.

Do not use in combination with topical analgesics or heating devices.

Precautions

The heating process activates upon contact with the air: 
1. Remove the warmer from the package and shake it 5–6 times to activate the heating process.
2. For an optimal heating temperature, let it get started in the open air for around 10 minutes before your outdoor activity, ideally in an ambient environment of around 20°C.


Heating instructions

Never glue the warmer directly to the skin.
Ideally, stick it to the outside of your base layer of clothing. The other layers (sweater, fleece, jacket, etc.) will keep the heat in.

Instructions

The exothermic reaction consumes the activated charcoal and oxidizes the iron. Once the fuel is spent, the reaction ends and the powder becomes hard.
