Some yoga postures put a lot of pressure on your knees and wrists, which can lead to pain. This can also happen when you spend too long on all fours. Rather than folding over your mat or improvising with a blanket, these pads will give you an extra layer of cushioning to protect and relieve your joints. A simple solution for a more comfortable practice.

Why use these yoga pads

Comfort in every pose! These pads are perfect for every level of practice: use them under your knees during lunges or when on all-fours, under your hands in downward-facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), or under your head during balance poses (Sirsasana). Everyone from beginners to advanced yogis can relieve tension for a smoother practice.

Our pads were designed to be comfortable and practical! Their ergonomic shape was designed to support your joints during your poses. The curved edges provide a better grip. You can easily transition between poses.

Why are these pads so comfortable?

Cleaning your foam yoga mat is easy! Wipe it down with soapy water or our essential oil spray for yoga mats (Ref. : 8757266). If you use it daily, we recommend cleaning it every week.

Aluminum is not an insulating material. Use a specially designed insulating cover if you want to keep liquids cool in your water bottle.
You can put hot drinks in this bottle, but they will cool down quickly. Suitable for carbonated drinks.
Do not use with liquids that contain fats (dairy products, oils) or acidic drinks (fruit juice, energy drinks). Do not freeze or microwave. Do not expose to open flames or other heat sources.

The top is easy to open with one hand—just press the white button. When carrying the water bottle, you can lock the top by sliding the white button down. A red area will appear, indicating that the top is locked. It also has a filter for infusing fruits or other flavours and a built-in carrying handle.

This ball is designed for self-massaging after sports. It allows you to give your muscles and trigger points a deep massage.

The massage ball can be used after sports activities to massage your muscles and tension points. 
For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes massaging each muscle group.
You can give yourself a massage right after your sports activity, in the evening, or the next day.
